• Your information will only be shared with qualifying surveyors who meet your location and service needs.

• We do not share your data with any third parties outside of this matching process.

• If no suitable surveyor match is found, your data may still be held in accordance with our retention policy (see below).

3. Data Retention and Removal

• Submitted data will be stored securely for a maximum of 3 months (unless a shorter time is required by law or agreed with the user).

• After this period, your information will be automatically deleted from our system.

• Upon request, we will confirm deletion and ensure no further communication or processing of your data occurs.

4. Complaints Procedure

2. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.

3. We will investigate and respond with a resolution within 14 days.

While we aim to match you with a suitable surveyor, we do not guarantee a match or outcome. Matches depend on location, availability, and suitability. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the services of any surveyor you are matched with.

6. User Responsibilities

By submitting your information to the site, you confirm that:

• All details provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You are the legal owner of the property (or have consent) for the proposed work.

• You understand that a match is not guaranteed, and if no match is found, your data will still be retained securely for the outlined period.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The services or conduct of any surveyor contacted through the site.
